In 2001, John R. (Jack) Williams and Elizabeth Williams formed a unique, family partnership specializing exclusively in the mediation and settlement of pre-litigation and litigated civil matters.

They have both secured a reputation for first session of mediation settlement of cases and dogged follow-up efforts in pursuit of settlement.  Jack and Elizabeth are both extremely prepared, read everything submitted by the parties, and each provide a solid evaluation of exposure, burden of proof, and case value through a cost-effective, efficient and thorough forum. 

Jack and Elizabeth treat every case, regardless of the monetary value, the number of parties involved, or the complexity of the subject matter, with the same seriousness suited to resolution within the courthouse, but within the pleasant, informal surroundings of their San Jose office.
